If they don’t relieve your sleep problem within 45 nights, return them – used and opened.
You pay nothing for returns from anywhere within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii incur a sensible $10 freight
surcharge. Shipments from Canada and other countries are a bit more than that.

Machine wash cold on gentle or delicate cycle. Because of its low wet strength (1/10th versus wet cotton) bamboo sheets are extremely fragile when laundering.
Never mix with cotton or polyester sheets, towels or apparel. Laundering separately helps reduce pills (tangled fiber clusters) caused by friction when wet fabrics agitate against each other during washing and drying.
Use half the normal amount of detergent to eliminate re-soiling. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softeners, which can stain bamboo viscose sheets -- they don’t need further softening!
Your laundry detergent can trigger sensitive skin outbreaks. AVOID REGULAR LAUNDRY DETERGENT. Hypoallergenic alternatives are available but can contain traces of optical brighteners, fragrances or dyes that trigger reactions with allergies. It can take a week for your immune system to identify allergens if you recently changed detergents.
Rinse in cold water (twice if your machine has that option) to remove excess detergent.
Dry cool on the delicate slow spin cycle or (preferably) the permanent-press setting. No ironing needed when removed when slightly damp and folded or put on the mattress. Use spray water bottle to remove heavy wrinkles. Don’t use dryer sheets, which typically contain strong perfuming agents that can trigger allergies.
Cut oversize to accommodate 2-3% shrinkage, which occurs in the first 3 washes.
